7dayz Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 7dayz platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 7dayz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 7dayz platform.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. 7dayz reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 7dayz platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7dayz. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading details — including your name, date of birth, and contact information — constitute a breach of these terms. 7dayz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting appropriate supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
- Notifying 7dayz immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
7dayz shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 7dayz platform solely for lawful personal entertainment in a responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, hacking, or system manipulation.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Attempting to bypass or break any of the platform's security mechanisms.
- Making false claims related to bonuses, promotions, or financial transactions.
7dayz reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension of access or permanent account termination. 7dayz's decisions in such matters are final.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 7dayz platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 7dayz is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Deposits to your 7dayz account are processed via approved payment methods, including local eWallets and online bank transfers. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. 7dayz cannot guarantee specific processing times, as external factors such as banking system disruptions may affect the duration.
Regarding withdrawals, the following applies:
- All withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to an account under the same name as the 7dayz account holder.
- 7dayz reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests for security review or compliance purposes.
- Any bonus or promotional credit may be subject to rollover requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal — specific conditions are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
7dayz reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7dayz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or any game outcomes. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7dayz platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 7dayz or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 7dayz.
Account Suspension & Closure
7dayz reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request from a relevant authority. For voluntary account closure, users may contact the support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in the usual manner, subject to required compliance checks.

The 7dayz platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational convenience only. 7dayz has no control over the content or practices of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
7dayz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
